We process personal data in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 (in force since 14 August 2025), the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, and the guidance of the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, which treats data collected through cookies as personal data and recommends an opt-in model for non-essential cookies.

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also honour the GDPR / UK GDPR and the ePrivacy rules: non-essential cookies are set only after your prior consent.

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Related technologies, such as browser local storage and tracking pixels, work in a similar way. Below, "cookie" covers all of them.

We do not use advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on this website; no third-party font service is used. Until you accept, no Google script is loaded at all.

On your first visit a banner offers "Accept" and "Decline", styled identically. Until you choose — and if you decline — no analytics or other Google script is loaded and nothing non-essential is stored on your device (Google Consent Mode v2, default "denied"). Declining has no effect on your use of the site. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Manage consent" button above or "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops the analytics and removes its cookies from your browser; data already collected under a valid consent is not affected.

When you contact us through the forms on this site, by email, phone or WhatsApp, or apply for a position, we receive the details you choose to share (name, contact details, message, CV). We use them only to respond to you, manage the project or recruitment process you asked about, and keep the records the law requires. We keep this information no longer than necessary for those purposes and delete it on request. Job applications, including CVs and portfolio links, are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio (e.g. email hosting, Google Workspace) and who are bound to protect it, or when the law requires. Messages sent through the contact and careers forms are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc. Some of these providers, including Formspree (USA) and Google, process data outside Israel; we use providers that commit contractually to protecting it.

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to office@bellish.co.il; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, for EEA/UK residents, your local data-protection authority.

All browsers let you view, delete and block cookies through their settings (usually under Privacy or Site Data). Blocking essential storage may prevent the consent banner from remembering your choice.
